Corporate Communications Specialist

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly polished Corporate Communications Specialist to support executive-level communication initiatives across the organization. This role will be instrumental in shaping internal messaging, enhancing leadership visibility, and driving consistent, high-quality communication across multiple channels.

The ideal candidate brings a strong blend of executive communications, content strategy, and digital platform expertise, with the ability to translate complex ideas into clear, compelling messaging.


Key Responsibilities

Executive Communications

  • Partner with senior leadership to develop and deliver clear, strategic communications
  • Draft executive emails, talking points, speeches, and organizational announcements
  • Ensure consistent tone, voice, and messaging aligned with company objectives

Town Halls & Internal Events

  • Plan, develop, and execute company-wide town halls and leadership forums
  • Create scripts, presentation materials, and messaging frameworks
  • Coordinate cross-functional inputs to ensure alignment and impact

Internal Newsletters & Content

  • Own and manage internal newsletters and communication campaigns
  • Develop engaging, employee-focused content that drives awareness and engagement
  • Maintain editorial calendars and ensure timely delivery of communications

Presentation Development

  • Design high-impact executive presentations (PowerPoint or similar tools)
  • Translate business strategies and data into visually compelling narratives
  • Ensure consistency in branding, storytelling, and messaging

SharePoint & Digital Communications

  • Serve as a SharePoint power user for internal communications
  • Manage and update intranet content, pages, and communication hubs
  • Optimize user experience and content accessibility across digital platforms


Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in corporate communications, internal communications, or related field
  • Proven experience supporting executive-level stakeholders
  • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills
  • Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and presentation design
  • Hands-on experience with SharePoint (content management, page creation, optimization)
  • Experience managing internal communication channels (newsletters, intranet, events)


Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in large corporate or enterprise environments
  • Experience with change management or organizational communications
  • Familiarity with collaboration tools (Teams, Outlook, etc.)
  • Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills
