Job Title: Senior Business Analyst – Cloud & Data Transformation

Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Lead business analysis efforts for large-scale cloud and data transformation initiatives
• Partner with executive stakeholders, product owners, and engineering teams to define vision, scope, and success metrics
• Translate complex business needs into clear, actionable requirements, user stories, and data-driven solutions
• Drive discovery workshops, process mapping, and gap analysis across legacy and modern systems
• Act as a trusted advisor to business and technology leaders during migration to cloud-based architectures
• Ensure alignment between business objectives and technical implementation, particularly in data platforms, analytics, and integrations
• Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and data enablement
• Support change management efforts, including stakeholder communication, training, and adoption strategies
• Establish and enforce best practices for business analysis in agile and hybrid delivery models

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of Business Analysis experience, with significant exposure to cloud and data transformation programs
• Demonstrated success in transitioning organizations from legacy systems to modern cloud-based solutions (e.g., data lakes, data warehouses, SaaS platforms)
• Strong understanding of data ecosystems, including data modeling, governance, and analytics use cases
• Experience working in agile environments and collaborating closely with engineering and product teams
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills, including experience working with senior leadership
• Ability to operate strategically while remaining hands-on in requirements and delivery execution
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with major cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Background in data engineering, BI, or analytics projects
• Familiarity with modern data tools (ETL/ELT pipelines, data visualization platforms, etc.)
• Experience in regulated or complex enterprise environments
• Certifications in Business Analysis, Agile, or Cloud technologies
